1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Royall Verified ("Verified"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Creator Program
Verified is an invite-only creator program. Access is granted through valid invite codes issued by Royall or existing Verified creators. Royall reserves the right to revoke access at any time.
3. Campaigns & Content
Creators participating in campaigns agree to produce content that complies with campaign briefs, applicable advertising laws, and platform disclosure requirements. All content must be original and accurately represent the creator's own voice and audience.
4. Payments & Commissions
Commission rates and payout terms are defined per campaign. Royall processes payouts according to the schedule and thresholds communicated within the dashboard. Creators are responsible for providing accurate tax and payment information.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, previously published content remains subject to these terms, and any accrued but unpaid earnings will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.
6. Changes to Terms
Royall may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Verified after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
